Suggest Treatment For Hair Loss

Hi, i am preeti from Pune. I am having major hair fall. My volume has decreased like anything. Earlier i was in mumbai and got treated by various firm..but no positive results. i have shifted to pune 2 months back. I feel like my hair have increased falling. Kindly let me know what to do and which oil/shampoo to use. In my flat boring water is provide. will this effect that much on hair?

My hair are silky and straight.
