Suggest Treatment For Hair On The Chin

hi i need some advise on my lower chin~ chin bone area* i have for about 4 years taken infected chin hairs out along with the folical and now i am close to Not having chin hairs* i have 2 areas that are TRYing to heal that do but yet NOT heal totally over but so sore~ they are not a big area though* i have one on one side and one on the other* what is my problem and what can i do
