Suggest Treatment For Hair Problems

hi..im 20 n m abt 5'8 ht n 72kgs wt ..my hairs are rough n dryy and it oftens get dirty with danruff and etc..i can recognize that i had lost my hair in front and at center..n sometimes i feel itchy in my hairs and my hairs look like it doesnt have any life in it ...can u plzz tell me the proper medication and diet to be used for my type of hair...
