Suggest Treatment For Hairfall

I am 20 yr old.i used have a heathy hair before a year but during last year i m facing hair fall.i have tryed different hair oils but they are of no use.recently my aunt have suggested me hair gro serum.Can I use this hair gro serum with out doctor's prescription for my hair fall??
