Suggest Treatment For Hairfall

I am Woman of 40 years. I am suffering with hair fall. Can I use MORR F 5% with lipids . Is there any side effect. Inside MORR F pack it is mentioned that woman should not use it. Can you confirm whether I can use it to prevent hair loss and for hair growth. Thanks Purnima
