Suggest Treatment For Hairfall

My problem is that my hair is falling out since approx June. I'm 29 (female) with no underlying conditions that I'm aware of . Just last week I had some bloods taken for a CBC & thyroid among others. Everything came back normal; glucose levels, white cell count, B12 , iron etc. I'm now awaiting an apointment with a dermatologist. According to my doctor, and seen a few over the past few weeks, it's not alopecia as there is no patching or hair loss on other parts of my body. Nor is it a type of balding as, again, there's no sign/pattern especially thinning on top plus the relevant hormones were tested within the bloods.
