Suggest Treatment For Hairloss

Hi... Pls help me in advicing the solution for hairfall after dengue. Last January I was down with Dengue...and after two I m suffering from severe hairfall... Need help...will my hair grow back... How long will the hairfall last. Is there any solution to stop hairfall and grow it back. Thanks...and appreciating ur answer soon.
