Suggest Treatment For Hand Pain After Injury

Dear Sir,

I have been suffering from handache for a long time.

one fine morning i was running in the field, suddenly a cricket (Tennis) ball came to me because of some were playing near about.

I threw the ball and felt a little bit paid in hand.

I visited the Doctor and as per his advice i did x-ray of arm joint.

a pain killer was prescribed and said to continue some Phisical Exercise. I did not continue the exercise. Now I feel very pain when I up my arm and placed it back.

Plz suggest.
