Suggest Treatment For Hands That Are Rough, Dry And Peeling

I am over stressed( family drama) and developed a bladder infection turned yeast infection. I got that under control and now my hands have developed a fine under the skin rash. It itches and bumps turn into white bubbles that peel. So it looks like I'm shedding my skin. How can I get rid of this? My hands are rough dry and peeling.
