Suggest Treatment For Hard Bumps Under Skin Due To Meth Use

Hi I'm 27, 5'3 and about 130lbs, I just recently started using meth again and I am slamming it. Now I have two big hard bumps under my skin where I shot it one hard bump has been there for a week or so the other one came up when someone switched meth for salt.I would just like to know what I can do to get them to go away or at least get softer. Any advice?
