Suggest Treatment For Hard Lump And Pain On Shin Caused By Injury

A little over 3 weeks ago I fell off/into of a ladder. My left leg basically slid through the rung as I was trying to break my fall. I still have a hard lump about 2 in diameter to the right of my shin that never bruised (except for a very small area right below the lump). It s very tender to the touch on the shin bone and when I press on the inside of the joint on my knee. It s a very localized pain. It doesn t hurt when I walk anymore. But I didn t know if I should be concerned about a blood clot or anything. Thanks! Angela
