Suggest Treatment For Hard Lump Behind Left Ear

I woke up this morning with a hard lump behind my left ear. About a week ago I was stung by a bee on my scalp close to the lump area but it hasn't been bothering me whatsoever. The lump on the other hand has slight pain. Should I go to a doctor to get this checked out?
