Suggest Treatment For Hard Lumps In Nostrils And Sinus Infection

Yesterday my doctor diagnosed me with a bad sinus infection. I have had hard knots underneath each nostril and on the right side of my nose for a couple days. Just now I felt a pop and a relief of pressure but I have the most horrible taste of feces in my mouth. I logged off because I can't afford the charge. I didn't know there was a charge when I started or I wouldn't have bothered you. I am sorry, I am very broke this month.
