Suggest Treatment For Hard Spot On The Leg

I went to the park with my daughter and afterwards during dinner I noticed a hard spot on my leg towards the back of my thigh. I thought something had bit me and a hour or so later it started having little blue spots and then BAM! it turned into one big bruise. The next day I noticed another spot just like that one about 3 inches away from the other spot towards the front of my thigh, same thing happened with that one as well. I have a bunch of little blue and red viens on the side of both knees that look like bruises but these have been there for years. What is going on with the other two little bumps?
