Suggest Treatment For Harlequin Syndrome

My 17 year aaged daughter, who was on a holiday recently to Mumbai came back with the complaint of excessive sweating besides sweating from one side of the face. We had been to a dermatologist, who first started treatment for Rosacea and after a week or so he discontinued the treatment saying that it is Harlequin syndrome. He said that this is a rare disease and he has not much knowledge hence we should consult a senior experienced doctor.



Sir, Is there any treatment for this disease? She is losiong her confidence because of this problem. Can we consult you sir for this and if so please give us a date for an appointment.
