Suggest Treatment For Harpies

I am suffering from a disease called harpies which causes inflammation along lower ribs of my backside & continues towards frontal part of that rib also.The area (about 3 inches)becomes pinkish .I feel severe pain & high temperature also.What will be the treatment please suggest me.---G Paul,Durgapur,West Bengal.
