Suggest Treatment For Having Brown-blackish Period

my period have been coming for a week now at first it was dark brown-blackish. now it red and coming somewhat heavy. i have been suffering wuth this problem for a while but do not want to go back on any more pills? what do u recommend? i've been reading up on this herbal stuff called endo ex
