Suggest Treatment For Having Bulky Uterus With Fibroid

hello doc my mother, 42 year old, her USG report shows that, her uterus is bulky in size. and she has a fibroid(60*54mm) seen at fundal anterior wall which shift endometrial echo posteriorly. her uterus size is (113*76*68)mm. but she is having no problem expect at the time of period her blooding is less then normally she used to have and it is prolong like 6 to 7 days. does she need a operation immediately or she can wait for a year to have this operation. please answer to my question.
