Suggest Treatment For Having Multiple Nodes In Breasts

hi. i am 24 yr old. i have nodes in my both breast. 3 in rt breast and 4 in lft breast. what is the treatment for such kind of problem? my doc does nt allow me to go for the operation as the nodes are many in number. can u plz suggest me a good oncologist?
