Suggest Treatment For Having Painful Hole In Ear

hi Dr sumit bhatti. how r u? its tania from punjab now in australia. i donot know what when this happen. australian doctor said that i got whole in my ear. i have to go with operation but it very pain ful now i got so much water come out of my ear and i con't sleep properly, breath properly during breagthing , talking i got so much pain. i con't understand what can i do. tel me any thing.
