Suggest Treatment For Head Cold And Pain In Mid Back

I recently had a head cold. As they have historically, it became a cold and is now mostly gone. Sometime during this cold, I started to have a sharp pain in my right side. Sometimes it was in my mid to upper back and sometimes on the right or even both sides. Sometimes it is affected by movement sometimes it isn t. Sometimes I go hours without any symptoms.
