Suggest Treatment For Head Injury

My dad had a fall off a ladder not sure how high hit the back of his head hard on cement bruised the back of his head had some swelling and had a nose bleed. My mom also told me he fell asleep afterwords and hes been having bad tailbone and back pain but he refuses to go see a dr. What should i do
