Suggest Treatment For Head Pain

Ok so yesterday I was riding a big white van and i had to go all the way in the back where you are able to feel all the bumps. At one point we went over some railroad tracks and i hit my head against the ceiling of the truck and ever since my head kind off hurts and i have some pain in my neck. Also a day after ( today) there have been several occasions were my vission kinda blurred and i felt a bit dizzy. So i just want to know if what im feeling might be a concussion.
