Suggest Treatment For Headache After Head Injury

I recently hit my head on the corner of a cabinet. I suffered a small cut and some bleeding. I immediately felt tired and dizzy afterwards. I have suffered a headache for the past three days and noticed a small dent on my head. Should I be worried?
