Suggest Treatment For Headache After Hitting Head

I hit my head on the door of the safe at work almost 2 weeks ago. there was a small mark across the top of my head but wasnt bleeding. ive had this awful headache since that just wont seem to go away. is this something i should get checked out by a doctor?
