Suggest Treatment For Headache After Inhaling Inhalants And Alcohol

hi my name is crystal im 18, i use to huff inhalants but i stopped.. ive been clean for 2 years, then tried it again about 4 months back... i stopped again and about 2 days ago i had a few too many drinks with some friends and one told me i huffed again.. ever since then my head has been hurting bad.. almost like a migraine.. any help
