Suggest Treatment For Headache After Injury

So i fell and hit my head by my temple on the cement three days ago and i went to the ER and they did an xray and found nothing was wrong with the skull and all i had was a subconjuntival hemorrhage and some abrasions on my face. I now have a VERY light headache on the opposite side of my head in the perietal lobe area. Do you think this could be associated with my fall? I do get light headaches in the same area sometimes before my fall so I don't want to go to the ER again if the chances are highly unlikely that these are connected.
