Suggest Treatment For Headache Along With Pain In Shoulder And Neck

I have had a headache for almost 2 months, along with severe pain in my right shoulder & neck. I'm sleeping about 3-4 hours a night, blurred vision, nausea, lack of balance. I was given meds for a sinus infection, but when symptoms remained, I was told to stop taking meds. Earliest appt. I could get was 4/9, but the pain is almost intolerable. What should I do?
