Suggest Treatment For Headache And GI Disorders

I am a dentist and am having headache since childhood, have sinusitis, poor GI disorder-abdominal boosting, severe burps after consuming milk products or non-veg...the triggering factors for headache are stress, starving, working long hours, improper sleep, etc... Can you help me with my headache and GI disorders.. I had been to Delhi in AIMS, diagnosed as a case of IBS, minute ulcers...!
