Suggest Treatment For Headache And Body Pain

I am 18 yr old female. I have a constant headache and my entire body aches. When I stand up I have a sharp chest pain. It will go away for a couple seconds then come right back. My legs ache too. I just don't want to move. I could hardly sleep last night because of all of the aching pain.
