Suggest Treatment For Headache And Bump On The Head

A day ago, I woke up with a huge headache and a bump on my head behind my ear and ever since then my head continues to hurt and now its affecting my arm. I can't sleep at night because of the pain from my head to my finger (left side) and I don't know if I should be worried or not? Should I?
