Suggest Treatment For Headache And Cramps In The Stomach

Hello, I been dizzy sense January 13 ,2011 n very light headed n in my mouth it feel like I have to vomit everytime I get done eating. I been very tired n really feeling exhausted . Today another symptom took place today my head start to hurt n get a little cramp in my stomach n have like butterflies . I don't know what to do.
