Suggest Treatment For Headache And Difficulty In Breathing

Hi i have been having a lot of headaches lately caused by being stuck in the house and getting furtrated with not being able to do things atm due to my spine op i had, I also find it hard to breath properly sometimes, and have to keep taking deep breaths to feel ok again.

What can i do?
