Suggest Treatment For Headache And Difficulty In Sleeping

Hello my name is Dallas Witte, and I am not sure what is going on with me, or my body, for the past few days my stomach and my back has been hurts no matter what i do, and I have a headache every now and then. I have been feeling tired, but not able to fall asleep. Can you help me?
