Suggest Treatment For Headache And Dizziness

The left side of my head randomly feels mentally and physically hot, i also have sharp pains on the left top part of my head also randomly and i have been feeling light headed and tired often but my sleeping patterns have not changed and i also feel pressure in my head like its going to explode and sometimes i also feel the same pain on the other side of my head ( not often)
