Suggest Treatment For Headache And Ear Ache

i have an earache , 2 days headache mostly on that side up near eye and down toward neck. now some numbness near lips on that side i am using garlic internally and rinsing ear with alcohol and then using garlic mullien oil do i need to go to e r ?
