Suggest Treatment For Headache And Eye Twitching

I've had a headache, in the rear, lower part of my head that comes and goes for about 3 weeks now. My right eye is twitching occasionally as well. (More so when I'm tired, I think). Today, I'm feeling pressure in my nose. And occasionally my face feels a little tight.
