So... about three weeks ago I had been running an average of 2 miles a day. I went up the Buena Vista for a weekend were we did a lot of out door stuff. I came back and was really tired. I got headaches frequently, I had a lot of fatigue, and I felt a bit queezy from time to time. I wanted to keep up with working out but I'm very tired all the time. I never was one to take naps and I have been recently. Any suggestions?
