Suggest Treatment For Headache And Lack Of Sleep After An Accident

My 7yr old daughter flipped over on a 4 wheeler i didnt see the accident but i was there right after. this happened 2 days ago since that day she has had a headache and has been sleeping alot and hasnt had much of a appetite and i also noticed she had dry blood on her head but there are nknow cuts there more like spots looks like her hair had got yanked out. i have been giving her tylenol but her headaches keep coming back. what should I do?
