Suggest Treatment For Headache And Migraine

Im 14 years old,and I've been having severe headaches and migraines since I was 7. I used to get only Migraines,; but since I was about 12 years old, I've been getting cluster headaches. I've had both constistantly since then- one year, I would have a migraine almost every other day, which has gotten betterr. But most recently, I've been having really sharp pain in my temples, followed by a cluster headache, and usually nausea. I've searched it a little bit to make sure nothing's seriously wrong; but I'm not finding anything that really fits to my exact situation. I'm also extremely myopic, so I can't hardly see distance at aall- I'm not sure if that's contributing or not. Thanks so muchh,sorry if my description is confusing^
