Suggest Treatment For Headache And Nausea

im having severe left sided headache with nausea for 3 days. its continuous pain with deep eye pain also. I took paracetamol 500mg 1 tid but no relief. I checked with physician he told me that i m having migraine. so what is my next step to get complete relief from my headache.
