Suggest Treatment For Headache And Nausea

I get frequent headaches, I want to know is there any solution for this when I get headache I just pop up crocin and after sometime it becomes OK. Sometimes I feel nausea but I am not able to vomit. The very severe case is once in a year I vomit otherwise with tablet it becomes OK
