Suggest Treatment For Headache And Neck Pain

I hear a fizzing/bubbling sound in my neck when I wake up in the morning. I often have a headache also that is relieved after I move my neck around and the sound goes away. Do you have any idea what this is? I read a lot of people have this on the internet, but nobody has been able to say what it is.
