Suggest Treatment For Headache And Pain In Legs/fingers/ankle

Doctor my daughter who is 18 years old is having acute pain in her whole body which is moving sometimes it is in legs some times on the tips of finger and some times below ancle and on the feet fingers and in stomach also with severe headache.She is also having fever .The pain starts at any time mostly during evening .She is taking paracetamol with ante biotic .Kindly suggest some treatment
