Suggest Treatment For Headache And Pain On Back Of Neck

I have been getting headaches, back of the head near neck and are very painful. I have nitro for chest pain and have found that if I take 1 I can relieve my headache. Everything that I read says that the nitro will cause not cure the headache, I'm confused.
