Suggest Treatment For Headache And Red Dots On Forehead

I ve been getting a lot of headaches lately after getting upset or mad, and just in the past few weeks two red dots the size of peas appear on my forehead just above my eyebrows, they are always in the same area and the same size, I am a 58 year old male
