Suggest Treatment For Headache And Sharp Pain In Back Of Head

Hi, i.m 27 year old male. i have been suffering from mild tension type headaches that have lasted for 3 weeks now. started with a sharp pain in back of head when i tried to quit smoking. have went back to my normal smoking habit and the headaches are still around. today some mild tingling in my arms has appeared. none of this tremendously affects my day to day routines just an annoyance that wont go away
