Suggest Treatment For Headache And Sick Feeling

haya im 21 years old im 5.7 and have no medical history... ive been feelin sick the last few days but i havent been sick... When i went to the toilet last night when i wiped i was bleedin and had a clot im not due on for aother 2 weeks this happened to me a couple days ago aswell its not heavy it stops after ive wiped my self. Somtimes i feel a little light headed but ive been gettin really bad headaches any idea what this could be ?
