Suggest Treatment For Headache And Sinus Congestion

My name is Lisa Mcgruther and my birthdate is 7/16/67.For the last week I've been sick with a sinus problem, but something has changed I am getting bad headaches,dizzy,no appetite,stomach aches with or without food, I have had an infected tooth for about 6 months now, I'm just scared of my dentist or any dentist.Besides this sinus thing I really haven't felt good in a while
