Suggest Treatment For Headache And Sleepiness

I have a slight headache and I feel it in the back of my head, this occurs after feeling a heavy urge of sleepiness, my eyes feel strained, my stomach feel uneasy like I'm about to throw up but I dont need to and then I get hot. Right now I have a hacking cough from my allergies calming down from the worse it ever been. Pleas help this been happening for a week. Oh I do get my 8 hours of sleep and try to drink alot of water.
